Kicking off National Reading Month, actress Kate Beckinsale teamed up with “The Nestlé Share the Joy of Reading Program” for a very special read-aloud at The Grove in Los Angeles.

Our friends at ReadBoston recently brought together Jeff Kinney of "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" fame, Boston's Mayor Tom Menino and RIF's Chairman of the Board Jack Remondi for a special RIF event.
Seven and eight-year-olds from RIF Argentina in Buenos Aires celebrated World Read Aloud Day with a read-aloud via Skype and a crafty skit.
THANK YOU to all of you who came out for the literacy celebrations at Kumon Centers in early March. And, HUGE applause to the thousands whose photos filled the GerberLife mosaic and revved up your support for us by voting during the Cars.com Cares campaign, which garnered $10,000 for RIF.
We are pleased to recognize Kumon Math and Learning Centers as our March Supporter of the Month. Throughout March, Kumon will donate $10 (equal to 4 new books) to RIF for each new enrollment at any of their centers – up to $50,000.
