A Real Gift
We joined students at Neval Thomas Elementary in Washington, D.C., last month to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation. Part of a partnership with the Junior League of Washington, the event also included a special visit by “Hope’s Gift” author Kelly Starling Lyons.

Supporter of the Month
As Kappa Kappa Gamma’s national philanthropy, RIF benefits from countless volunteer hours and significant financial support thanks to KKG members. In 2012, KKG raised more than $42,000 for RIF to help us get books to kids in need. A big thank you to all the Kappa sisters out there who are dedicated to children’s literacy!
