As Kappa Kappa Gamma’s national philanthropy, RIF benefits from countless volunteer hours and significant financial support thanks to KKG members. In 2012, KKG raised more than $42,000 for RIF to help us get books to kids in need. A big thank you to all the Kappa sisters out there who are dedicated to children’s literacy!
Maurice Sendak’s iconic book will come to life at RIF’s WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE Gala May 9, 2013, in Washington, D.C. “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” designer Tracy Hutson and basketball legend and children’s book author Kareem Abdul-Jabbar will also join the festivities.
